Side Quests (Doom & Destiny)

In Doom & Destiny, completing side quests isn't required but they go towards your overall completion of the game.

There are 3 tiers for each side quest: bronze, silver and gold. 

When you complete a side quest tier, you get either other side quest items (example: the Warg equipment from the 'Wargiful!" side quest) or you get rations. The higher the tier, the better the rewards.

While some of them can be time-consuming, they are a good way to get useful rewards such as equipment, consumable items and even access to certain areas (see Hocus Pocus side quest.) that you can't get anywhere else in the game.
